Wells Cargo – We’re there when you need us

The brand Wells Cargo was established in Ireland in 1985. The company was originally owned by Vincent Mc Geeney, called Wells Cargo Express Parcels Ltd, it was innovative and successfully identified the need for a direct service for groupage traffic from France. Later Wells Cargo UK was set up in London to offer express services to and from the UK and primarily the London area. Over the years the activities of the company we expanded to include Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia and Poland. The company also developed a niche, working as a courier to the Irish Film Industry – the company is market leader in this field. In December 2006 the trade of Wells Cargo Express Parcels was transferred to Wells Cargo Logistics Limited. Tom Thornton acquired this company in February 2007 and since joining Tom has further developed our Road, Sea and Air services – not only with Europe but also China and USA.
